A Meditation for Health and Vitality

The gentle breath meditation is a simple technique that only takes 10-15 minutes to do. It will help bring stillness to the body, quiet and calm the mind and emotions and help center you in your soulfulness. Meditating 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes preferably upon waking, at lunchtime and before bed is sufficient to bring about beneficial changes.

What is TMJ? Often people will complain that they have TMJ – which of course they do, in fact they have two, as TMJ is the abbreviation for the jaw joint. What people actually mean is they have TMJ disorder where they have pain often in the face, neck, head or teeth associated with teeth clenching or grinding. TMJ disorder (TMD) or TMJ syndrome is a group of symptoms and conditions.

Zinc is an essential trace mineral and he average adult body contains between 1.5g and 3g of zinc with approximately 60% of this in the muscles, 30 % in the bones and 6 % in the skin. The highest concentrations of zinc are in the prostate gland and sperm in men, and in red and white blood cells.
